About Us
Using an iPhone should feel helpful, not stressful.
This site was created for seniors who want to use their iPhones with more confidence, and for the people who care about them and want simple, reliable guidance they can trust.
I am a longtime technology educator, with a background in computer science and cybersecurity. Over the years, I have seen how confusing technology can feel when instructions move too fast or assume too much experience, especially for older adults.
The idea for this site became personal after a phone call from my own mom. She was scared she had been scammed. Thankfully, she had not, but someone close to her had lost their entire checking account to a scammer. That moment made it clear how much fear and stress phones can cause when the right protections are not in place.
Everything here is designed to reduce that stress.
You will find clear explanations, step by step guidance, real screenshots, and simple changes that help make an iPhone safer, easier to use, and less overwhelming. No technical jargon, no pressure, and no assumptions about experience.
The goal is simple. Help seniors feel more confident using their phones, and help families feel peace of mind knowing there are protections in place, even when they cannot be there in person.
